Let’s talk about periods. A girl’s first period can be a daunting experience if they don’t know what to expect. My aim is to break the stigma associated with periods and educate young girls, in a fun and colourful way, to help them understand the changes that are happening in their body and how to manage them. The intention is that this guide can be used as a teaching resource or made readily available in schools, so students can gain the proper education surrounding periods.
