Planning Preparation Delivery
Step 1- List your objectives

Consider the level and interest

Step 3- Determine the Message
Tailor your points as per the

Step 4 Practice your Presentation
Rehearse in private ; you need
to practice delivery of your presentation.
Make notes ; jot down main
points or use index cards.
Visual Aids
Slides should be in right logical order Do not put too much information in one slide better
make two or more.
Use key words , phrases, short sentences Edit the text to avoid any errors in spelling,
punctuation etc.
Explain each slide to audience Do not just run from one slide to another. Design should be simple, clear and appealing
