Public Opinion Polling

  • Halifax residents support additional

redevelopment of the Spring Garden area

  • The majority support development of the

area across from the Halifax Central Library and Doyle Street area specifically.

  • When residents were given information

about the Doyle Street redevelopment including that it will be across the street from the library, has been approved by the Municipality, will contain residential units, parking, as well as retail and restaurant space, support is strong.
