with 36 Resident Engineers deployed to inspect and report on all ongoing projects for quality

• PMIS portal has been designed where PERT & other

details of the projects are monitored on real time basis

E-Tendering/ Online Procurement Process

• All tenders have been successfully completed using

the E-Tendering Portal utilising the transparent processes put in place by the Government of India

• Consultants and interns from varied backgrounds

have also been engaged.

• An ultra-modern Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) has been

developed for crowd management, security and surveillance.

• A robust security and surveillance plan has been prepared in consultation with

experts.

• A comprehensive and holistic Disaster Management plan has been developed with

consultation from experts, SDMA and all departments working on Kumbh Mela 2019.

• 3 Police lines, 40 police

stations, 3 female police stations and 58 police out posts have been constructed.

• 40 Fire fighting centres, 15

fire out posts and 40 watch towers have been built.

• Computerised layout, plot allotment system, Geo-fencing and standardization of all

the plots is done.

• A robust ICT-based system deployed to monitor and ensure timely cleaning of these

toilets and also the monitoring of the manpower engaged in street sweeping.

• ICT based system deployed to manage Civil Supplies Distribution in the Mela.
• Virtual Reality tours of Kumbh Mela have being captured and are available to

Pilgrims and visitors for an immersive Kumbh experience.
