 Administered through the U.S. Department of

Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, Federal Office of Rural Health Policy

 Purpose

 Implement quality and operational improvement efforts

Who is Eligible?

 Eligible hospitals

 Located in the U.S. and its territories  49 beds or less  Non-federal hospitals  May be for-profit, not-for-profit, or tribal  Critical access hospitals are eligible
