REPET Recycling Technology • Post consumer PET bottles undergo a specialized process - using state-of-the-art technology - in order to yield its final product, PET flake. • The machinery used in the process is designed and build by REPET group of companies. • The production technology incorporates over 15 innovations patented by the companies directly associated with REPET, Inc.
PET Recycling Process at REPET • De-baling and multi-stage automatic and manual feedstock sorting. • Grinding (size reduction) & flake separation using sink-flotation. • Chemically intensive hot wash rinsing & decontaminating of flakes. • Drying, de-dusting & final bagging. • Waste water treatment prior to discharge. • Quality control and auditing throughout process.
