Health and Physical Education

• Our Health and Physical

Education classes are always

• active. Items needed are

drumsticks(or something similar; for pound fit, a hula hoop for cardio/core strengthening and a tennis ball for tennis ball massage therapy technique.

• The health students will be

quite interactive and will create various small projects that align with mental, social- emotional, & physical health.
