Who uses Study Island?
Study Island Benchmarks are completed in ELA and Math twice a year. Benchmarks are different from the student lessons/activities. All 6th, 7th and 8th grade students take the Benchmark in ELA; 6th and 7th grade take Math. Benchmarking reports show the teachers the areas of strength and/or weaknesses so the teacher can then plan for future lesson/activities to address specific areas.
