  • First Priority – Water, Sewer, Septic System & Yard-lines & Street & Drainage – 95 Points
  • Second Priority – Housing Rehabilitation, Fire Protection – 85 Points
  • Third Priorities – Community Centers, Parks & Neighborhood Centers – 30 Points
  • Fourth Priority – All other projects – 10 Points
