CDBG/HUD National Objectives

Each CDBG project must meet at least one of the following HUD national

• bjectives to be eligible for funding:
• Benefiting Low-to-Moderate Income Persons
• Preventing or Eliminating Slum or Blight
• Meeting Urgent Need

Maximum Grant Amount Establish by the Regional Review Committee

Established Grant Amount for the Region - $275,000.

2019/2020 Scoring Criteria

Project Priorities for the Region – Total Points 95

• First Priority – Water, Sewer, Septic System & Yard-lines & Street & Drainage – 95 Points
• Second Priority – Housing Rehabilitation, Fire Protection – 85 Points
• Third Priorities – Community Centers, Parks & Neighborhood Centers – 30 Points
• Fourth Priority – All other projects – 10 Points
