Rural Health Training Centre (RHTC)-Maddipaddu ❖ ASHAs- Paid for the every service e.g. Registration of pregnant mothers, vaccination and immunization of Child etc. ❖ ANMs- Provided Tablet and software ANMOL - used for tracking patients & follow up. ❖ Central Government Schemes-Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme (IDSP), Janani Suraksha Yojana (JSK) ❖ State Government Schemes- Janani Sishu Suraksha Karyakram -Digital birth certificate with Aadhar seeding. 98% institutional deliveres. Awareness programmes and treatment for Non Communicable Diseases.

Observations ❖ Patients - Satisfied, Hospital staff- Caring. ❖ Hygienic & Atmosphere - Clean and tidy. ❖ Best Practices- Tele Radiology, E-Aushadi,TBS Helpline number for maintenance of hospital equipments. ❖ Filling up of vacancies of the Doctors, Nurses, Para Medical & Support Staff.

Observations ❖ Registration of OPD patients to be made on computer at initial stage. ❖ Provision of the over head fans for OPD Patients. ❖ ACs to be provided in Doctors’ Rooms. ❖ Wheel chairs- Also to be kept at the entrance.
