• NOT insured, player, coach, club
• Anticipate ENYYSA provide update on RTA & guidelines

Fall ’20 Season

• Games Calendar

 Planning for Fall ’20 season, both regular & late (HS age groups) season  Regular Fall Season  Extended Registration Closing August 8th

 Delayed Start Regular Season  Beginning 9/26-27  8-game season  Complies with US Soccer Play On phased in RTA guidelines  Allows for families, communities to focus in on scholastic return  Provides time to address field related logistics

• Late Season

 High School Age Groups U15 (2006) – U19 (2002)  Scholastic soccer later start (Labor Day 9/7), with regular season games into last week October  LIJSL Late Season Begin 11/1  4-game season  $175.00 team entry fee  Registration for Late Fall Closes 9/16

Registration

• Later & Longer Registration to Assist Clubs

Accommodates lack of spring season, delayed tryouts & Return To Activities

 Can contact office beginning Monday, June 22nd  Later Appointments  Virtual Appointments  Drop Off/Pick Up Appointments

• Registrar’s Packets

 Sent out by 6/29  Can Pick Up after 6/25

• Single Year Pass

 All passes now one year, thru 8/2021  Return ALL current passes regardless of expiration  Print ALL Player Passes – New & Returning – BEFORE your appointment  Valid current coaches passes will be returned after your registration

• Upload for Proof of DOB

 Tool now available for NEW Player upload  Player-family and/or club to upload  After submitted, League will verify, No need to send, bring copies  IF you do not upload at club side, will need to bring copy to registration or send in

• U9 (2012) - U10 (2011)

 For clubs with groups, working as a player pool or  Due to limited or no opportunity for evaluation of 1st time travel players  Club commits to specified # of teams by age group and gender that WILL participate in fall league play

• U9 (2012) - U10 (2011)

 Registered teams must still have all required information along with one Risk Management approved coach, and at least one player  Balance of age group players will be assigned to tournament teams  Roster placements can be assigned at a later date

• Registration Forms

 U13 – U19 Must complete registration form WITH team info at bottom (or team alignment form)  U9 – U12 Must complete registration form WITH team info at bottom AND U9-U12 team alignment form  Teams will NOT be registered if forms not completed

• Registration Payment

 Teams fees applied to Spring ’20 league team fee credit  Copy of the confirmed credit from Spring ‘20 will be supplied to all clubs  Player Registration Fees;

• Travel

$31.00 per player

• Rec (Intramural)

$ 8.00 per player

 Player registration fees, and any additional team fees to be paid at registration

• Credit Card
• Club Issued Check
• Pay at registration, receive passes at that time

 Delayed Payment Option

• PIF by No Later August 14th
• Passes held until PIF (8/14 or earlier)

• Risk Management

 New ENYYSA System  Available after July 1st

• Safe Sport Abuse Prevention Training
• Concussion Awareness Protocol
• Back Ground Check
• New Provider JDP, more extensive check
• Cost:

$20.00 per adult supervisor

• ENY Bills League, League Will Invoice Club
• 2-year background check (8/2022)

 Home Games to Club Schedulers by August 27th  Be sure you plan accordingly, scheduler available  Completed & returned by NO later than August 31st
