We understand quitting smoking is difficult, but we are here to help you quit!

How We Can Help You Quit:

Health Insurance Coverage

Benefits provided by the TCPT Welfare Fund include:

• Coverage for the “Quitlogix” program through Medica, which has

telephone counseling, a personalized quit plan, an online plan, and nicotine replacement therapy

• In addition to the Quitlogix program the Plan will allow: Three (3)

months supply of tobacco cessation prescription drugs (if prescribed by

your physician) paid at 80% under the current pharmacy benefits and two

(2) medical office visits with the primary diagnosis of tobacco use

• This benefit is available once every twelve (12) rolling months and the

lifetime maximum is limited to three (3) attempts.

• You must contact the TCPT Fund Office to enroll in the Quitlogix

program

• And now, we are providing additional support through this “Beat the

Pack” informational program
