Total population 4,843 � Population covered by Universal Care : 3,109 � Numbers of visits by the people 17,058 � � Number of patients who were referred to hospital 13,779 � OP Visits = 1.24 Doctor’s cost per person 18 Baht ( average normal � cost = 50-60 Baht) In 2010 : October 09 – March 2010 = 6,929 visits, 2,732 � patients

  14. � CMU Baan Leuk provide service according to the CMU standard with the database programme HCIS which used for the service as well as Family Folder and the Internet system which linking with District level and Provincial level . � CMU Baan Leuk also adopts the system of consultation through the Video conference which is linked to the specialists from hospitals to the CMU as well as the PCUs in the network

  19. After adoption of the innovations, 1. the CMU has received more projects and subsidy to the operations with the fulltime doctor . Resutls in the increase of the patients 2. by 184 % Income increase by 246 % 3. 4. Satisfaction 90.8 %

The CMU was selected to be a pilot project to 1. promote the equal access of the IE workers to health care and other welfares ,as formal workers OSH volunteers to do the surveillance of the 2. risk factors for the occupational groups Happy Village Project which promote the 3. participation of the community environment for sustainable development
