Senior Class Sponsors: Donna Duncan and Kathy Evans Senior Dues are paid ONLINE ONLY at www.gabalfour.com. • If paid before September 30: $115 • If paid between October 1-January 31: $125 • If paid between February 1-April 24: $150 Students who pay their dues before April 24 th will be able to pick up their caps and gowns at school. • If paid between April 25-May 15: $165 Students who pay their dues after April 24 th will have their caps and gowns shipped to their home address. Additional shipping charges may apply. *After May 15, caps and gowns must be ordered in person from the Balfour Corporate Office.

WFHS PTO WFHS PTO sponsors several Senior Scholarships. • Scholarship applications will be available Monday, March 1, 2020 • Applications will be due by 4:00 PM on Friday, April 10, 2020. • A parent must be a PTO member in good standing by December 20, 2019 in order for their student to be eligible to apply for PTO Scholarships.   25. College Applications #1 • Complete your applications • Online is best option. • Common App (www.commonapp.org) – allows you to apply to over 400 colleges with one application. You will need to invite your counselor to complete your evaluation by submitting their email address. Make sure you have their correct email address! **Make sure you verify the application deadline for each individual college that you are applying to.

College Applications #2 2019-2020 TRANSCRIPT REQUEST PROCESS: • Please visit www.mypaymentsplus.com to pay for your transcript. • There is a fee for each official transcript request. • Instate : Transcripts will be submitted electronically. • Out of State : you must submit payment through www.mypaymentsplus.com AND get an envelope from the counseling office, address it to the college admissions office, and provide 3 stamps.

  27. College Applications #2 (cont.) ✔ Very Important! • There is a two week (business day) notification period for transcripts that require counselor recommendations or evaluations to be submitted with your transcript request. • Example: Any one applying to UGA or Tech early application (deadline Oct. 15 th ) should have their transcript request in by Sept 22 nd at the latest! • Example: For any January 1 st deadlines, request should be into the counseling office by December 4 th at the latest!
