Q - Compare and contrast the function and information of the Medicus Health Partners website with that of the practice websites like Forest Road? Is it the intention to merge these websites onto the Medicus Health Partners website along with the activities and initiatives that take place at each Practice? Q - Who is the representative(s) for Forest Road on the 14 Practices PPGs founded by Medicus Health Participation Group ?

Q - Forest Road computer system has suffered outages this year and more recently

  • n 13th November 2019. Is it the case that such outages (or upgrades) will this

now impact patients visiting any of the 14 GP practices, or could it just affect a single practice? Can the service for online ordering of medications and appointments continue unaffected in some instances? Q -Whilst it is fair to appreciate that the reception at Forest Road cannot know everything there are examples where this fails completely and absolutely, with no answers for even simple scenarios. The question is what second line support exists for reception and patients when this occurs within Medicus Health Partners?

WHAT is a PCN – Primary Care Network

  • To meet local requirements, practices have begun working together

and with community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services in their local areas in primary care networks

  • Members of a network can be anyone or service that can be of

benefit to Patients and their families/Carers
