Read the procedures for check-in and residence at HSE University’s dormitories Talk through all terms of tenancy and speak with your landlord about registering you at your new place of residence

Each international student arriving in the Russian Federation must, within 15 days upon their arrival, purchase a medical insurance and submit its copy to their Programme Office.

All foreign citizens must have valid medical insurance for the entire period of their stay in Russia

c All medical certificates must be issued by a medical institution. They must also feature a clinic’s stamp and a health worker’s signature. Only Russian translations shall be accepted (the translation must be notarized).

WHAT MEDICAL CERTIFICATES YOU WILL NEED: 1) Health certificate (issued within the last six months) 2) Certificate with a list of vaccinations or a copy of a vaccination certificate 3) HIV negative certificate(issued within the latest three months)
VISA PROCESS
(only for citizens of countries with a visa regime)
A single-entry student visa allows a foreign citizen to cross the Russian border one time when travelling to Russian and one time when departing from Russia. This visa is valid for up to 90 days.
