Drought Response Plan • Update Bylaw 422 at Board meeting April 22, 2020 • Stage 1 in effect as of May 1, 2020 • Uncertainty about the demand due to COVID-19 Pandemic - Increased water use for handwashing - Residents at home all summer - Increased occupation by second home owners - Less tourist than normal - Increased focus on gardening in general - Increased focus on homegrown food www.scrd.ca 7
