Ward 6 - 2013 to 2015 Bond/Sales Tax Summary

  • A total of $2,600,000 in Sales Tax funding was allocated.
  • A total of $7,000,000 in Bond Issues was allocated.
  • In the 2013 to 2015 project request list, there were 22 jobs requested.
  • A total of 4 Bond Program jobs and 4 Sales Tax Program jobs were

selected and are in the process of design, bidding, and construction.

  • Currently 7 jobs (88%) are in design, 1 job (10%) is currently in

construction, and 0 jobs (0%) are totally complete.

6-2 Malloy St Reconstruct roadway from 42nd St to Col. Glenn. In Design – 90% complete 2nd - 2015 6-7a Potter St Reconstruct roadway from Colonel Glenn to 40th St. In Design – 90% complete 2nd - 2015 6-9 a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, I, j, k, l, m, n, o, p Broadmoor Subdivision Repair curb and gutter at multiple locations within the Broadmoor Subdivision area. Streets included are Broadmoor Dr, Glenmere Dr, Belmont Dr, Lakeshore Dr, Berkshire Dr, Barbara Circle, Archwood Dr. Design Pending 4th - 2015 6-100 36th St & Shackleford Add sidewalk, curb, gutter, underground drainage along both 36th St and Shackleford from Dartmouth on 36th St. west to Shackleford and going north on Shackleford 600 feet. This project would be phased. First phase would be adding improvements on a portion of 36th St. Phase I cost - $515,000. This would allow approximately 750 lf of roadway improvements. In Design – 80% complete 2nd - 2015

In Design – 50% complete 4th - 2015 B-6c 36th Street Roundabout Reconstruct existing roundabout to include widening, landscape, sidewalk, curb and gutter. In Construction B-6d 44th St Reconstruct / widen street to current standards including curb, gutter, sidewalk, underground drainage system. In Design – 90% complete 2nd - 2015 Overlay Program In Construction – 36% complete
