Wakefield High School has an Upstander club which has helped reduce the school’s bullying problem. Many Wakefield students have taken an Upstander Pledge.

Last week, the Upstanders came to Campbell and gave presentations to the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.

The Upstanders talked about how to RECOGNIZE, REPORT and REFUSE bullying. We also learned what UPSTANDERS can do when they see bullying happening in person or online. The Upstanders answered our questions and helped us think of solutions to real life situations!

Then, we signed an Upstander Pledge of our own!
