April 7 MSD Wastewater Capital Rate proposal will be on the ballot in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County. Voters will decide how MSD should pay (using bond financing or without bond financing) for their Fiscal Years 2021 ‐ 2024 wastewater capital improvement program. July 28 – 30 Great Connections Conference in Chesterfield, MO hosted by the Great Lakes and Great Rivers Chapters of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA).
