  3. What is Visual Merchandising? Visual Merchandising is selling or promoting by means of presentation which involves store display and design, exhibition design, event design, photographic styling and theming.

The Diploma of Visual Merchandising is an 18 month You will be full-time program really busy creatively & learning with entry through VTAC. new skills that will stay with you for This program involves both life. individual and team learning activities for two and three dimensional work relating to the retail, event and exhibition industries.

The ideal folio should show a variety of techniques including; • Graphics - logo design, typography, layout • Technical Drawing - perspective, O n l y i orthogonal, isometric n c l u d e w o r • Freehand Drawing - still life, observation, k y o u a r e life drawing p r o u d o f • 3D Work - Photos are ok ! • All folio pieces should be uniformly mounted
