What is the Early Years Foundation Stage?

Tapestry is a secure online Learning Journal to record photos, observations and comments, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, to build up a record of your child’s experiences during their time with us. Tapestry Parents Meeting:

Suitable Clothing
- Comfortable and safe clothing appropriate
for the weather – jogging bottoms.
- Washable for daily ‘messy’ play - not best
clothes!
- Suitable footwear for active play and weather
– No laces or open-toes, velcro is best!
- No jewellery.
- Hair tied back.
Welfare Matters
- Medical Needs.
- Administration of medicines requires prior
written consent.
- Allergies.
- Sickness and Diarrhoea - 48 hours clear
absence must follow.
- Temperature above 37.5 degrees - 24 hours
absence must follow.
- Little upsets.

Home Visits

Morning Slot You will be visited between 9am & 11.45am Afternoon Slot You will be visited between 1pm and 3.15pm
Each home visit will be no longer than 10 mins Please don’t forget to sign up be you leave!
