User Defined Objects (UDOs) • Standard: Customize Width, Order, Sort, Display, GRID FORMATS/ Freeze, Color LIST VIEWS • List View Grid Formats: enable users to stack (9.2.0.5) columns so information is compact & easy to find • QUERIES (9.1) Pre-defined Query by Example (QBE) search criteria's CLASSIC / E1 • Any HTML content such as Interactive process flows, PAGES (9.2.0.2) URL links, web pages, company logos, etc. 3
