Sky Lake Project

• Interpretation of 3D modelling of the Koval deposit was completed based on

verification from field mapping & sampling

• A “deep-looking” IP geophysical survey was planned to identify depth

extensions at the deposit

South Abitibi Project

• Diamond drill program completed - new gold occurrence discovered &

copper/nickel mineralization also intersected

• Sumitomo withdrew from the project leaving TOE with 100% interest
