Effjciencies created in 2019-2020

Bus Run Study completed Spring of 2019 ○ Reworked and created effjciencies through consolidation of runs ■ 2 less runs this year then last ○ Benefits ■ Less wait time at CES morning and afternoon ■ Fuller buses for effjciency ■ Less ridership time for some students

Fuel Island Conversion

  • Converted diesel tank to gasoline

○ Standardization on gasoline buses moving forward ■ Cost of running diesel buses will be higher as “DEF” fuel additive become necessary
