Identifying Your Bus

All bus routes are labeled as numbers. The bus will have the number of the route along with its final destination

  • n the front and side. There is also a sign that has only

the route number on the back of the bus.

Tips For Riding the

▪ Arrive at the bus stop 10 minutes before scheduled time. ▪ Stand up when the bus approaches to alert the driver. ▪ Have your student ID card ready to show the driver when boarding. ▪ Carry extra cash in case you misplace your student ID. ▪ Hold on to hand rails when boarding or alighting.

Tips For Riding the

▪ When leaving the bus, check to make sure you have all your possessions so you won’t leave items behind. ▪ Ask drivers, supervisors or security personnel if you need assistance. ▪ When you have reached your destination, do not cross in front of the bus. ▪ Cross the street at marked crosswalks and intersections. ▪ Have a back up plan in case of severe weather or construction.

Rules for Riders

We want you to come along and ride with us, but we ask that out

  • f consideration for others, that you follow these rules:

▪ Eating, drinking, vaping or smoking aboard the bus is not allowed. ▪ Profanity or abusive language is not allowed. ▪ Headphones are required when listening to a radio or audio device. ▪ Passenger stops are only permitted at designated locations. ▪ Shoes and shirt are required at all times. ▪ Service animals are allowed anytime; emotional support and comfort animals and pets must be contained in a pet carrier.
