I-80 Corridor Improvement Project

 Issue: Travel demand on I-80

through Davis and along the Yolo Bypass Causeway to West Sacramento has exceeded highway design capacity, resulting in bottlenecks.

 Goal: Improve multimodal

mobility on the I-80 corridor in Solano, Yolo, and Sacramento Counties

 Solution: Add a “managed lane”

for transit; improve bicycle causeway access.
