1986 Le Bonheur Cabernet Sauvignon

The twenty-year old vines only yield about 5 tons per hectare which largely account for the intensity of flavour in the wine. Winemaker Michael Woodhead hand-sorted the grapes which were carefully crushed, without the addition of sulphur dioxide, and fermented in rotor tanks.
