  • Consider additional or non-environmental opportunities for the site

  • Create a list of activities required prior to the City taking on site,

and their estimated costs

  • Estimate time required to undertake maintenance and frequency of

maintenance, therefore costs

  • Consider capacity for maintenance to be undertaken by the

Environment Crew, or alternatively by contractors, and timeframe for when this could commence

  • Develop criteria and undertake prioritisation/selection of sites
  • Obtain approval Standing Committee (Environmental)- June

  • For approved sites, contact landholders to advise and seek advice
