Conclusions:

  • STPs are changing their role and Business Incubators are important ele

ment of the ecosystem in the UIP

  • STPs are not focused in real state anymore: Areas of Innovation
  • SMEs require (in all their life cycle stages) close support from STPs by

means of their incubation processes

  • STPs are becoming orchestrators of Ecosystem of Innovation (regional

and national) in the Fourth-Helix as facilitator of UIP and Society involvement
