The Task Force will be comprised of the following stakeholders:
- Superintendent
- Three Board of Education Members
- Four Assistant Superintendents
- Sub-Committee Chairpersons
- Elementary Principal; Middle School Principal, North High School Principal, South High School
Principal, Birchwood School Principal
- Two Elementary Teachers; Two Middle School Teachers; Teacher from North, South, and Birchwood
School
- Three representatives, CTA
- Five representatives, PTA
- Four representatives, Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council
PLANNING TIME MELINE
DEVELOP
June 15-July 3, 2020 First Task Force Meeting to be determined.
REFINE PLANNING SETUP
July 6-17, 2020 Task Force Sub Committees will gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to draft preliminary plans. July 20-31, 2020 District leaders will review recommendations. Decisions will be made about which plans to adopt for implementation. August 2-14, 2020 District leaders will begin to plan for implementation and create detailed steps for implementation.
