HOW DO I SET EXPECTATIONS

What’s the approval time? What’s needed for approval? Are there reserves? What else may come up?

A typical High Risk account will take 3-5 business days for approval or request of additional documentation. In most cases as long as all the documents are provided up front it should NOT be more than 3-5 business days. A minimum requirement: 3 month banks statements (business or personal), 3 months processing (if applicable), Voided Check or Bank Letter, Photo Id, Working Website or Marketing Material (pricing, terms, refund policy and a contact page) Reserves are common and depend on each business. Merchants may be required to complete a site inspection but this will vary depending on the bank.
