The first supercar designed was given a name as Panthera. The Panthera is like the eldest brother in the Proton’s supercar series family. Having a first chassis design from Lotus Evora. The exterior body is 90% new design from Proton Design Team (PDT) with some combination from McLaren design team. The Panthera was designed with a minimalistic “less is more” philosophy in mind. This philosophy dictates that the shape and form of the car has to be purely functional, with no added features except those needed to meet regulations or enhance aerodynamics, safety, ergonomics, and practicality.
