Each of the short-listed proposers will meet with the Evaluation Committee to conduct a presentation/interview session; listed below are the dates and individual times for each Date of Meeting: Friday, June 21, 2019 Time of Meeting: Meeting to begin at 8:00 AM with Final Ranking expected to be between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM. Location Name: Lee County Public Works Building Address: 1500 Monroe St, 1st Floor, Room 1B City/State/Zip Fort Myers, FL 33901 Evaluation 2 Setup:  Anticipated Meeting Setup (subject to modification and minor time changes)  8:00 – 11:30: Meeting Introduction & Session 1 - Harris Presentation, Demonstration, Q&A  11:30 – 1:00: Lunch Break & Session 2 setup  1:00 – 4:30: Meeting Introduction & Session 2 – Motorola Presentation, Demonstration, Q&A  4:30 – 5:30: Final Ranking and Selection Presentation Setup:  One hour of presentation  10 minute break  One hour of demonstrations of software  10 minute break  One hour of straight Q&A In accordance with F.S. 286.0113, the presentation/interview sessions are no longer open to the public, unless conducted beyond 30 days from the initial opening date. Upon the conclusion of the presentation/interview sessions, the Evaluation Committee will discuss and rank each proposer interviewed. The discussion/evaluation phase of the meeting is open to the public. Public comments are limited to 3 minutes per person.
