Many heard about Connectors through word-of-mouth Libraries worked better than pharmacies Enrollment events very well attended Learned a lot about places to distribute flyers/ how to get on community events calendars/ work w media Weekend events were very busy Large posters and take-away cards were used to pre- educate consumers on documents needed, income cutoffs, metal level/ premium ranges “Store front” locations worked well GETTING THE MESSAGE OUT
