– with about 1.800 technolgy-oriented and innovative enterprises (2009) – with about 401.000 m² rentable space – providing about 9.210 jobs (2009) – with an „all over job-turnaround“ of approx. 22.300 jobs – GRP x jobs is approx. 695 Mio € – Tenants with R&D activities: 34% (2009)

+ The avarage centre in Austria:

– about 4.200 m² (rentable space) – about 21 tenants – about 5,7 jobs per tenant – about 6,67 € per m² (5,7 € to 9 € per m² exkl. overheads) – 63% service sector, 13% trade, 10% production, 14% other – 24% start ups (from 0% up to 90%) – 33% between 3 and 5 years old – 43% over 6 years old – use to capacity: about 90% (2009)
