TGA Business Services

• TGA Business Services (TBS) is the interface for all of the

TGA’s clients.

• Launched in April 2015, it is the foundation for a number of
• ngoing improvements to the way we do business
• The end aim is to bring together a number of different

systems and streamline all processes

• Built to accommodate all types of therapeutic goods,
• rganisations and users
• Ongoing review of functions and settings

What is a Client?

• A ‘Client ID’ is necessary for any organisation wishing to conduct business with the TGA, including lodging

CTNs

• Only one TBS Administrator role is issued for each Client

How to become a Client

• If you do not have a Client ID, you need to:

– complete the Organisation details form (available on the TGA website) – submit to the TGA TBS Helpdesk using the address on the bottom of the form

• The TGA will provide the nominated Administrator

– A unique organisation identification number (Client ID) – An administrator (only) password – An administrator guide
