Important things to know about the PHR pilot Clients can use it, tell us what they like/don’t like Doesn’t replace information clients receive in mail about benefits/services Doesn’t impact services or benefits in any way Client can choose who sees this information

What is the latest with the PHR? PHR platform built for test environment Will be ready for production soon Client recruitment is ongoing Looking to test with clients; potentially incorporate providers later

eLTSS update Round 2 of the data elements field validation is complete Finalized eLTSS catalog survey taking place in Q3-Q4, 2017 Capturing Case Management daily functional workflows and Reporting needs Defining best use requirements for eLTSS environment integration and FASI assessment repository

FASI Update: Round 1 in full swing, heading towards completion Many assessments already completed Looking to get overall feedback by mid-June Finalizing Adult and Child assessments with Stakeholders

EoC Update: Final analysis report ready mid-June Information coming in on how modalities affect completion rate Allotted more time for online version, get statistically significant sample size Sustainability plans in the works
