What Actions have we already started?

  • 1. New 10 yr Business Plan – In place, and on annual

review cycle (Joe Stockwell, Mike Elgey, John Gilbert)

  • 2. Social Media & Publicity – New Press Officer,

Christine Wayman, has instigated an expanded Social Media Plan. Increased activity on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram to promote current productions

  • 3. Review of the Bar services – Loz Keal has agreed to

lead this review; Already met with Bar Committee

  • 4. Cleanliness – We have a new Cleaning Contractor
  • 5. Box Office Software review – Undertaken.

Advantageous to stick with Positickets…for now

  • 6. Simplifying Membership categories – Completed.
