Record of Achievement iTunes U Self Assessment and iPad Digital Skills Chart I have been thinking about assessing children's skills on the iPads and have created a simple record of achievement for children. This is very much a first draft, but I thought I would share it as it can be tweaked to suit your school and pupils. The document is printed as an A5 booklet. For older children, I will consider creating an online document that they can update, but for now this will do. If you find this useful, or if you have suggestions about how to improve, please let me know!
