Gasifier has fixed fire grate, non-pressurised version

Air introduced to burn coal inside, and raise temperature, required to trigger gasification subsequently. Steam thereafter sent inside, to generate synthesis gas. Air blowing step and Syn gas generation will alternate in turn. Air blowing step time accounts for 20-25%.No pure oxygen requirement Steam is gasifying agent.
