ATLAS A new sweeper with a sweep path up to 78” and a clamshell design dump system. The Atlas was designed from the ground up to meet the most demanding sweeping applications.

Tight areas? Worried about holes in your walls? Check out the safety rollers that roll against the wall instead of knocking holes in the wall or leaving scrape marks that leave your walls unsightly.

No Tool Broom changes

The side broom comes with a clip that simply pulls out and drops off the motor shaft. Main broom has a wear indicator and uses a no tool idler system foe easy change out.

Main Broom and Side Broom Levers

The side broom is lowered simply by releasing the lever from its indent and allowing it to fall to its sweeping position. The main broom is also lowered by releasing from the indent and allowing it to fall to the adjustable stop or if a full float is needed, simply loosen the adjustable stop and allow it to fall to its furthest position

Large Industrial Tires

21” pneumatic tires on the front and 18” tire on the rear gives the Atlas the versatility to sweep in the most unique applications. Other tire options are available to meet any need.

Safety Hopper Arm

The hopper can be locked in the up position for access into the machine or hopper. Simply grab the easy accessible handle an pull back to lock heavy steel arm into notched area and lower hopper until arm is nestled into the slot. No need to expose the operator to unnecessary risks by reaching into the hopper area.

FULL Engine Access

Complete engine access to perform routine or major services to the engine. All metal cowlings covering the engine can be simple removed for total access to the entire engine. Simple services can be performed by simply unlatching and letting the gas assist struts lift and hold the cowling up and

• ut of the way.

Standard Tow Valve

The tow valve come standard with this

• machine. Just simple turn the knob
• ne quarter turn and allow the

hydraulic fluids to flow freely when

• towing. Excellent for when the
• perator runs out of fuel or a

mechanical issue arises and needs to be towed back to the maintenance area.

Dust System

4 stage dust filtering system with a 95 square feet dust panel filter . Dust panel filter is easily removed and cleaned or changed using four thumb screws – no tool required! Aggressive Filter shaker with free floating head that shakes the filter frame not the filter material for easy cleaning of the filter during the sweep process. (of course we all know to turn the vacuum off while shaking the filter out!)

Impeller Exhaust Vent

The impeller exhaust is routed through the steel frame and exhausted to the rear of the machine. This allows the air to flow out to the rear of the machine and not create any dust by being direct to the ground.

Straight Simple Hydraulic Functions

The hydraulic functions are simple and straight – by using a valve bank to allow the flow of fluid to raise and lower the hopper, turn the brooms on and open and close the hopper door. The lower hopper function also has an indent so you don’t have to hold the lever down while the hopper is lowering. No electronics to get fouled up from dirt contamination! Remember your working with DIRT!

Rubberized Debris Flap

The Atlas is equipped with a rubberized flap behind the hopper to keep dirt and debris from reaching into the frame

• f the machine. This allows the

machine to stay cleaner and avoids any contamination that might interfere with the

• peration of the machine.

Ergonomic Operator Compartment

All controls are within easy reach for the

• perator . The foot brake pedal with

integrated parking brake and accelerator are located in a convenient floor space. Hydraulic functions are within easy reach from the operator. Broom levers are also within easy reach of the operators left

• side. Ignition and throttle control are

located to the right of the steering wheel

Warning Indicators

Several light indicators tell: Clogged Filter Indicator Fire in the hopper indicator – (automatically turns impeller off if activated) Dump Door Closed Check Engine Low Oil Pressure High Engine Coolant Temperature

Hydraulic Reservoir with Sight Gauge The Hydraulic Reservoir comes with a sight gauge allowing for easy fluid level

• detection. Also included is a return line

pressure gauge to indicate fluid replacement. A 100 mesh filter is built into the tank to protect hydrayilic motors

PowerClimb Feature With oversized tires and high ground clearance the Atlas can easily negotiate rough terrain and speed

• bumps. It can even climb

curb when required to.
