  2. Charge of the Committee  To recommend to the Superintendent a comprehensive plan to address K-12 attendance boundaries to include the opening of Robinson Murphy Junior High in the Grande Park subdivision for the 2012-2013 school year.  The committee will also be charged with evaluating present attendance boundaries and recommending any necessary changes to accommodate growth and provide balance among our existing school sites.

  3. Attendance Boundary Guiding Principles  Neighborhood Schools  Balanced Enrollments  Stability in Attendance Centers  Natural Divisions  Feeder Systems  Financial Considerations  Reasonable Travel  Special Programs  Affect Least Number of Students

  5. The Community Forum  The Boundary Committee, District Administration and the Board of Education recognizes that any time we talk about changes and our children it is emotional and challenging.  The Boundary Committee, District Administration and the Board of Education values feedback and involvement in this process.  Alternatives offered at the forum were previously considered by the Boundary Committee.  The impact of the pros/cons offered through the comments were already considered by the Boundary Committee.  Quality vs. Quantity: If 50 people all say the same thing - I only have "one idea", but if 3 people say three different things - I have perspective.
