• COLLABORATI ON: With the support of Chancellor Stanback Stroud and GC Warden,

the Contracts and Legal Affairs team worked with the District Information Technology team to identify an existing system that will support the vision of making our contract tracking system transparent.

• NEXT STEPS: Legal Coordinator will schedule a hands-on training that will take place in

the District Board Room the week of March 16th.

STEP # 1 I nitiator uploads agreement for legal review via Sunlight - CTS STEP # 2 Sunlight CTS generates a ticket number used for tracking legal review comments, edits, and approval STEP # 3 Legal Coordinator reviews the submission and assigns the ticket to General Counsel for review STEP # 6 I nitiator notified via email alert/ CTS that the contract is approved.
