Major Information - Biology
Many students do independent study research w faculty,
internships, attend and/or present at conferences.
Graduates go to:
medical, dental, optometry, podiatry, pharmacy programs, graduate schools for Masters and PhDs, PA Dept. Env. Protection, U.S. Fish & Wildl Service, research labs, medical centers.
Many freshmen will have classes together, first year
seminar, volunteer opportunities, social activities, clubs.

Some advice from 2018 graduates
Go to class. Study and work hard. Don’t let lots of activities interfere with your class work. Meet new people. Participate in class discussions. Ask for help if you need it. Don’t be intimidated by professors or your advisor.
