LOCATION & SERVICES • Health Services is located in the Riesnberg Gymnasium. • Health Services offers hight quality, accessible care to all degree-seeking students. • Walk-in visits and scheduled appointments • Most services are covered by the student health fee. • All treatments and patient information are kept confidential

REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW STUDENTS • All new students must have had a physical exam within the past year of enrolling at Maritime completed by your healthcare provider. Cadets need to have the 719K completed. • All students must have had a tuberculosis screening within six months of entry into Maritime. • All new students must also provide immunity to measles, mumps and rubella (MMR). • Blood titers are necessary if medical condition or religious beliefs prohibit immunization.

REQUIREMENTS ( CON’T ) • If your religion presents you from identifying your immune status you must submit a written request for a waiver with documentation of held beliefs. If you lack documentation of immunity you may be excluded from campus in the case of a measles, mumps or rubella outbreak.
