REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW STUDENTS

  • All new students must have had a physical exam within the past year of enrolling at

Maritime completed by your healthcare provider. Cadets need to have the 719K completed.

  • All students must have had a tuberculosis screening within six months of entry into

Maritime.

  • All new students must also provide immunity to measles, mumps and rubella (MMR).
  • Blood titers are necessary if medical condition or religious beliefs prohibit immunization.

REQUIREMENTS (CON’T)

  • If your religion presents you from identifying your immune status you must submit a

written request for a waiver with documentation of held beliefs. If you lack documentation of immunity you may be excluded from campus in the case of a measles, mumps or rubella outbreak.
