Results: 1) Asymmetry diminishes in the (3+1)+ NSI model compared to 3+1 Model, which leads to happy interpretation of MiniBooNE results in compliance with IceCube. 2) Extension of the energy range is imperative and it will increase the asymmetry leading to more stringent bounds on sterile parameter space. 3) A detailed analysis by IceCube Collaboration to put correct limits on 3+1 Model is foreseen.
