Certificate of Occupancy

  • Coordinate the installation of Owners furniture,

fixtures, and equipment

  • Conduct regular on-site meetings to review

Construction Progress

  • Review Draw Packages by Contractor, Architect

and any other Consultants

  • Develop orderly procedure for payment of fees

and Draw packages to submit to Owners Lender

  • Direct Contractor to prepare and update a Critical

Path Schedule

  • Monitor Contractor Performance on behalf of

Owner and report progress to Owner on at least a monthly basis

  • Notify Owner of any work not being performed to

satisfaction

Assist the client in developing a First Phase Budget then progressing to a Master Project Budget maintaining the defined objective and scope of the work to be completed.
