EQUITY & SOCIAL JUSTICE

that persistent inequities exist - especially by race and place - that in many cases are getting worse and threatening collective prosperity of families in our city and county. BSK is working to invest in organizations that are reflective of, and embedded in, the communities they serve and those that recognize and address disparities and disproportionalities, as well as the strength, assets, and ingenuity communities possess in the face of these inequities.
