  14. 23/10/2016 Accommodation (Group A & B) Grand View Hotel, Chiang Mai (4 Star Hotel - 3 Nights) PJE GROUP PTE LTD Security Drill Before we check in to any hotel, we will conduct the following: Tour Leaders / Local Guide will: 1. Brief all students where the emergency exits are. 2. Do a simple drill on how to get to nearest emergency exit from the rooms. 3. Meeting point in case of Emergency. 4. Students to take some time to study the emergency escape route before they check in to the hotel. All hotel rooms have signage and instructions for the nearest emergency escape route. (Behind the door) 5. Students will have Teachers and Tour Leader’s room number, so that they can be contacted in case of emergency. PJE GROUP PTE LTD 14
