Before we check in to any hotel, we will conduct the following: Tour Leaders / Local Guide will:

  • 1. Brief all students where the emergency exits are.
  • 2. Do a simple drill on how to get to nearest emergency exit from the rooms.
  • 3. Meeting point in case of Emergency.
  • 4. Students to take some time to study the emergency escape route before they check in to

the hotel. All hotel rooms have signage and instructions for the nearest emergency escape

  • route. (Behind the door)
  • 5. Students will have Teachers and Tour Leader’s room number, so that they can be

contacted in case of emergency.
